• How long does it take to create a piece?

Most of our jewellery pieces are handcrafted to order, apart from a small collection of pieces available now from our studio. Creation time is usually around 2 - 2.5 weeks, custom / bespoke orders is taking a bit longer - 3-4 weeks time. If your order is urgent or needed for a particular date, please feel welcome to get in touch and we will do our best to help meet your deadline.

• Are the rings made to order?

Yes. Each Bijoux de Chagall piece is individually crafted to order. Because every ring is created specifically for its owner, its unique and as some gemstones may have special cut and shape, even lab-diamonds are never the same, each one has its own character and colour - this makes each piece as one-of-a-kind.

We often offer a selection of gemstones and gold carats, so each ring is prepared according to the customer’s personal choices.

Our made-to-order process ensures that every ring is crafted in the correct size and specifications for its future owner. Occasionally we also offer a small selection of completed pieces available directly from our studio.

• Do you offer natural diamonds or lab-grown diamonds?

At Bijoux de Chagall, we are proud to work predominantly with lab-grown diamonds. They are real, genuine diamonds with the same essential chemical, gemological and physical properties, brilliance and durability as their mined counterparts.

We see lab-grown diamonds as an exciting evolution in modern fine jewellery. They allow us to create beautiful, precious jewellery while reducing our reliance on newly mined diamonds and the environmental impact associated with traditional mining.

For us, this is a conscious Eco choice. We believe it is time to rethink the traditional idea that a diamond must be taken from the Earth to be precious. Beauty, craftsmanship, meaning and love are not defined by a mine.

We also love working with natural salt & pepper and rustic diamonds, chosen for their individual character, and we can source traditional faceted natural diamonds upon request through our trusted suppliers.

Our diamonds are carefully selected and, where applicable, typically supplied with IGI or WGI certification. Natural diamonds of comparable size and quality are generally significantly higher in price than their lab-grown counterparts, and we are always happy to help you explore the different options and help you choose the diamond that best suits your preferences and budget.

• What is your 12-month craftsmanship guarantee?

We offer a 12-month craftsmanship guarantee on all jewellery we create. If a piece appears to have a manufacturing fault within this period, we will repair it free of charge (excluding shipping costs).

The guarantee covers faults related to the way the jewellery was made, but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or impact during activities that place unusual stress on fine jewellery. If damage occurs outside these conditions, we are always happy to assist with professional repair services.

• Can rings be resized?

Yes, most rings can be resized if needed. If you are unsure about the correct size when placing your order, we are happy to advise. After purchase, resizing may also be possible depending on the ring design.

• Why do some designs not have reviews yet?

As many Bijoux de Chagall designs are newly introduced and handcrafted in very limited quantities, some pieces may not yet have design-specific reviews. Our customer's reviews shared throughout our site reflect the experience and craftsmanship behind every order we create.

• What if I’m unsure about my choice?

Choosing a meaningful piece of jewellery is a very personal decision, and it’s natural to want to feel confident in your choice. To help with this, we provide:

• Do you offer instalment payments?

How do PayPal Pay in 3 and Shop Pay Instalments work?

Yes. We accept PayPal, where eligible customers may be offered PayPal Pay Later or Pay in 3 options.

These payment options are provided directly by PayPal and are only shown during the PayPal checkout process to customers who meet PayPal's eligibility criteria. Bijoux de Chagall cannot determine or influence these approval decisions made by PayPal.

Using instalments is entirely optional, and customers are also welcome to pay in full using credit or debit card, or other available payment methods.

We are pleased to offer flexible payment plans through PayItMonthly.com for purchases over the qualifying amount.

Simply contact us before placing your order and we will send you a secure payment link to apply. Once approved, you can spread the cost over up to 6 months, subject to PayItMonthly's approval and terms.

• Do you offer bespoke designs?

Yes. We are always happy to discuss bespoke jewellery ideas. If you have a particular gemstone, design concept, or personal detail in mind, we can work with you to create a unique piece handcrafted in our studio.

• Do we offer big discounts?

Every Bijoux de Chagall piece is handcrafted to order, created especially for you, using carefully sourced gemstones and precious metals (with the exception of a very small collection of one-of-a-kind pieces available from our studio).

We don’t mass-produce, and we don’t keep surplus stock waiting on shelves.

As an independent jewellery studio, our pricing reflects the true cost of premium materials, skilled craftsmanship, and the time it takes to create jewellery meant to be worn and cherished for a lifetime.

Rather than inflating prices to later reduce them during sales, we believe in fair, transparent pricing from the beginning. On rare occasions, we may surprise our clients with a thoughtful Gift as a thank-you; but our Handcrafted Jewellery itself is never excessively discounted.
