• How long does it take to create a piece?

Most of our jewellery pieces are handcrafted to order, apart from a small collection of pieces available now from our studio. Creation time is usually around 2–3 weeks. If your order is urgent or needed for a particular date, please feel welcome to get in touch and we will do our best to help meet your deadline.

• Are the rings made to order?

Yes. Each Bijoux de Chagall piece is individually crafted to order. Because every ring is created specifically for its owner, full payment is required before production begins.

This allows every piece to be carefully created and finished with close attention to detail. We often offer a selection of gemstones and gold carats, so each ring is prepared according to the customer’s personal choices.

Our made-to-order process ensures that every ring is crafted in the correct size and specifications for its future owner. Occasionally we also offer a small selection of completed pieces available directly from our studio.

• Do you offer natural diamonds or lab-grown diamonds?

At Bijoux de Chagall we prefer to work with lab-grown diamonds, which are chemically and gemologicaly identical to natural diamonds, alongside natural salt & pepper or rustic diamonds that we love for their character.

We also appreciate lab-grown diamonds as a more Eco conscious choice, which aligns with our sustainable approach to modern jewellery.

That said, we can also source traditional faceted natural diamonds upon request through our trusted suppliers. These stones are carefully selected and typically come with IGI or WGI certification.

Natural diamonds of comparable size and quality are typically significantly higher in price than their lab-grown counterparts, and we are always happy to guide you through the different options and help you choose the diamond that best suits your preferences and budget.

• What is your 12-month craftsmanship guarantee?

We offer a 12-month craftsmanship guarantee on all jewellery we create. If a piece appears to have a manufacturing fault within this period, we will repair it free of charge (excluding shipping costs).

The guarantee covers faults related to the way the jewellery was made, but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or impact during activities that place unusual stress on fine jewellery. If damage occurs outside these conditions, we are always happy to assist with professional repair services.

• Can rings be resized?

Yes, most rings can be resized if needed. If you are unsure about the correct size when placing your order, we are happy to advise. After purchase, resizing may also be possible depending on the ring design.

• Do you offer instalment payments?

Yes. We accept PayPal, where eligible customers may be offered PayPal Pay Later or Pay in 3 options. These are provided directly by PayPal and will appear within the customer’s PayPal account during checkout, depending on eligibility. Bijoux de Chagall does not influence approval decisions made by PayPal.

For customers who prefer an alternative, our website platform Shopify also offers Shop Pay Installments, a third-party financing option provided by Affirm (subject to eligibility). This option allows customers to divide the cost into smaller payments at checkout.

Using instalments is entirely optional, and customers are also welcome to pay in full using credit or debit card, or other available payment methods.

• Do you offer bespoke designs?

Yes. We are always happy to discuss bespoke jewellery ideas. If you have a particular gemstone, design concept, or personal detail in mind, we can work with you to create a unique piece handcrafted in our studio.
