Shipping policy

All our Jewellery pieces are handcrafted in London, UK.

Bijoux de Chagall uses fully tracked express shipping services for all orders, including Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK and FedEx Express for international deliveries. Orders are carefully packaged, insured for safe transit, and shipped with an emphasis on reliability and secure delivery.

The studio closely monitors International shipments and may communicate directly with courier and customs services when needed to help support a smooth delivery process for customers.

DELIVERY:

- UK - Next Day Delivery, complimentary (for over £200 orders) - 1 -2 working days. 

- EU - Fedex Express Service, £25 - 5-7 working days. 

- USA - Fedex Express Service, £30 - 5-7 working days. 

- Canada - Fedex Express Service, £30 - 5-8 working days. 

- Australia - Fedex Express Service, £50 - 7-10 working days. 

All shipping services require a customer's signature. 

*Delivery Prices are subject to Minimum Order amount.

If your order is urgent please contact us as we always do everything possible to meet our customer's requirements.

Processing / Making Time:

Handcrafted to Order items -  approximately 1-2 weeks.

Handcrafted Custom Made items - approximately 3-4 weeks.

• Important: 

In the event if the customer has missed the delivery and was unable to re-arrange delivery or to pick it up from a local depot and as a result of the above the parcel has returned back to us - the shipping cost will be charged to re-post the item back to the customer.

EU and BREXIT:

As of 1st January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU. 

This means that new rules apply and VAT & Duties (if applicable) are collected during customs clearance - as a seller, we are not responsible for paying VAT or any other charges for goods exported out of the UK.

EU - GPSR Regulations: 

New GPSR - General Product Safety Regulation where each business must to have a Legal representative in EU are in place and we have Authorised EU representative.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES:

• Payments of International Taxes & Duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

Please NOTE - NO Refund will be given on Orders in the event of refusal to pay Import Taxes and Duties.
