Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for Ready-Made items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for any Ready-made items that are in stock and some Made to order pieces and the full refund will be given except Postage and Tax charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bijouxdechagall.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please ensure correct postage is applied and proof of postage is obtained.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are deemed as not in a sellable condition, damaged, altered, or used.

Shipping charges and International Taxes are NOT included in refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned,
(unless they arrive damaged or defective, the photo must be provided as proof), like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns and/or offer refunds on: 

- Made to Order (when choosing your size, materials preferences and gemstones options), Custom, Taylor Made or Personalised Items.

- Earrings for hygiene purposes. 

- Any altered items by the third party company or another jeweller.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Gift cards.

Product Care Instruction

Please NOTE - We include Jewellery and Opal gemstones Care instruction leaflet with every Opal order.

To keep your Jewellery and Opals looking safe and in the same new condition, it's vital that you follow those instructions as we are unable to offer free of charge replacements in the event that customers fail to comply with it.

Please do not use any Alcohol wipes, sprays or gels, chemicals or creams while you wearing Opal and Silver ring / jewellery.

If you are not sure how to clean your jewellery piece - please get in touch with us, we are always happy to help. 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 14 days, on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

As most of Jewellery pieces are Handmade to Order, we can only accept cancellation of your order within 2-3 days of purchase.
